skyeye的安装问题

安装过程出现如下信息：
p@p /usr/src/skyeye
$ ./configure --target=arm-elf

请帮忙看一下，cygwin重新安装过，还是这样，用的是skyeye-0.8.8.5.0.tar.bz2
