CGI问题。。。不支持CGI这个要怎么设置？

你先确认下你的APACHE 版本好吗?
1.3 版本要装下 mod_cgi
2.0 版本要在编译的时候加上 enable_cgi 选项.
httpd.conf 也应该做相应的修改.
