看看你xorg.conf文件里面字体路径的设置，在这一行前面加#号注释掉在试试。
FontPath    “/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/CID/”

他似乎连/etc/X11/xorg.conf都没有。
试试看用hwd命令生成一个xorg.conf然后启动x。
hwd命令的使用方法论坛里面有，或者看hwd的帮助。
