Vmware Workstation使用问题

安装是没有问题，或者说没有发现问题
然而开始安装虚拟系统是就出现下面的错误提示
注：我的内核是自己编译的，不是编译的时候少了什么，还是别的什么？
怎么不能贴图了？
那我就把几句错误提示copy过来好了
1、Could not open /dev/vmmon:No such file or directory. Please make sure
     that the kernel module 'vmmon' is loaded.
2、Failed to intialize monitor device
3、Unable to change virtual machine power state: Cannot find a valid peer
     process to connect to
4、Failed to reply to the dialogipe:Read failed
