再次问关于LINUX下挂载FAT32和NTFS的问题？

我在LINUX下挂载FAT32格式的分区遇到这样的问题，挂载上去后，用CHMOD命令不

能改目录的权限。
chmod: changing permissions of `mtv' (requested: 0775, actual: 0777):

Operation not permitted
我该怎么做呢？
一个笨的方法就是用ROOT来上传电影，
但是如果我用了NTFS格式的分区后就是ROOT也不能传电影了。说没有权限。现在

做的服务器NTFS格式的分区就无法传电影的，我都快急死了，大家帮帮我吧

You cannot chmod in a FAT32 partition.  Mount it with the umask option instead.

你不能为fat和ntfs分区设置权限，因为FAT分区类型不支持权限标签，NTFS支持但linux下只能读不能写，
在你mount时指定mask可以达到向fat的写目的，但不建议使用（因为没有权限管理）
