[求助]RedHat Enterprise Linux AS 4.0中Apache的端口问题

我是linux的菜鸟， 请高手指教：

1. 我用的是root用户。
2. apache 用80端口和8080端口都能启动，服务正常。
3. 改用其它端口， 都有Error: "(13)Permission denied:make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:8088 no listening socket available..."

我觉得是permission的设置问题， 请问我应该在哪里设呢？

我是在windows xp下的vmware中安装的redhat.

Go to Applictions-->Security Level --> SELinux, mark the checkbox of "Disable SELinux protection for httpd daemon". Then I can stard my apache.

我发现很多人都把SELinux禁用了。建议有什么问题之后暂时改成permissive，看log然后再改相应配置。直接disable简直浪费了这个功能。
