proftpd无法匿名用户登陆。为什么啊？

登陆时就会有这句话

以下是我的proftpd的设置文件，不知道哪里错了，请指教！

还有我可以用系统的用户登陆的，但不能用root拥护登陆，不知道是为什么。
还有如何添加用户啊？我看一篇文章时他说：


可以通过指令DefaultRoot来实现。例如若希望将ftpusers组的用户限定在自己的home目录下，则
需要首先创建该组：

/usr/sbin/groupadd ftpusers

然后将用户ideal加入到该组中：

usrmod -G ftpusers ideal

最后在在proftpd.conf文件中添加如下内容：

DefaultRoot ~ ftpusers

而我输入usrmod这个命令时却没有，这是怎么回事啊？

root在默认下不能登陆的...太危险了...
