我已安了gstreamer-0.8.11，但安gst-plugins-0.8.11却找不到

一个问题未解决，又来了一个世界性难题．
yum............
Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: freshrpms
这里http://www.linuxsir.cn/bbs/showthread.php?t=210466
说：在上面的例子中，如果Repo : freshrpms是这样的，表示您的系统没有安装这个软件，如果显示的是：Repo : installed，表示已经安装了
没有安装那个软件？
我这不能yum,

可以上，但里边的软件gstreamer软件以前装过
开始时我是先用rpm
gstreamer-ffmpeg
gstreamer-monkeysaudio
gstreamer-pitfdll
装后有图无声
gstreamer-plugins-extra装后totem 不能动
有两个不能装dvd ,video依赖
