proftpd续传的问题

想让incoming目录支持续传,可是还是发现续传的时候出现permission denied警告,ftp说在目录的权限设置应该没有问题,owner:ftp,group:ftpusers.请问这是怎么回事?

里面有这两行的说
不过好像是FTP Client的问题，昨天说不能续传的那个人用的是cuteftp，后来让他用flashfxp就可以了。
