emerge的一些问题

我在make.conf里设定过GENTOO_MIRRORS为http://mirror.gentoo.jp.gr。执行
emerge --sync
时，并没有从make.conf里设置的网站上进行更新，还是从sync.gentoo.org上更新，这样速度很慢。请问有办法让emerge从我设定的网站上更新吗？
还有我emerge fcitx，会连接到htdosc这个url上，问题是这个url我一直连不上，所以直到现在fcitx都没有装上去，请问这是怎么回事？

这个是rsync，和设置mirrors不同的。
