emerge sync的问题

看看谁遇到过这样的情况没有，当用emerge sync时报错

很久都不用sync了，我知道可以下载哪个portage包来就可以了，但是这个问题不知道原因有点不爽。我承认是装完系统之后，usr目录重新挂载的。就是usr空间不够了，然后新建一个目录，然后挂了一个分区上来，再把原来usr的内容全部考到新分区上。不知道哪位兄弟也遇到过类似的问题，我的系统是gentoo 2005.1,原来以为是portage程序的问题，今天更新了portage到最新了，但是问题还是出现。
哪位兄弟有高见？

其下有没有timestamp.chk，权限如何？
