菜鸟跪求高手帮忙，关于Debian Linux下架设CGI论坛遇到的问题

我在LEOBBS坛下载LeoBBSx051231后在Debian Linux 3.1下安装，下面是我安装的服务器组件
Apache/2.0.54 (Debian GNU/Linux) DAV/2 SVN/1.1.4 mod_python/3.1.3 Python/2.3.5 PHP/4.3.10-16 mod_perl/1.999.21 Perl/v5.8.4
APACHE配置完毕，CGI-BIN NON-CGI权限及子目录权限全为777，运行install.cgi服务器报500ERRO（Internal Server Error   The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.） 然后我把CGI-BIN目录中的文件中的#!/usr/bin/perl替换成#!/usr/bin/perl -w后可以安装论坛，但是进入论坛后不能上传自定义头像，我反复试过多次，尝试过只装载Apache/2.0.54 (Debian GNU/Linux) PHP/4.3.10-16 模块，同样500ERRO！但是我在本地的VMWare 4.0上安装相同的系统，Apache/2.0.54 (Debian GNU/Linux) PHP/4.3.10-16 环境中即使不需要替换成#!/usr/bin/perl -w也可以正常安装和使用，但是在修改资料时省，市选项消失，变成窄的空白下拉框；其中‘我的文集’功能也出现错误（不知默认是否加载该模块），希望高手们指点迷津！！我真的很着急！！拜托了各位
我查询Apache的错误日志如下：
