〔求助〕libc库升级后的中文显示和输入法问题

我用的是ubuntu系统

昨天用dpkg升级了一下libc6包，升级以后终端下就不可以显示汉字了。
scim输入法也不可用。

是从libc6_2.3.6-0ubuntu20 升级到 libc_2.5-0ubuntu3.


于是今天想把libc6库改回来，先卸了ncurses库，重新安装。但是报错，请高手给点提示。

I have the same problem now, can't see chinese folder and can not input chinese.
So boring. Anybody can give advice?
