快捷键控制音量问题

现在我的声卡发音正常，就是快捷键控制不了。
我发现快捷键控制的是master的音量，但是master不管用，就算静音了也不会有任何变化。
起作用的是pcm那个音量。
我想问一下如何让master管用阿？或者让快捷键能控制pcm也行.

我在用xubuntu遇到的问题和你相似 我是IBM T23.音量控制的那两个按钮可以控制master但是.却不能完全控制.

是否安装alsa-utils？
ibmx32是好用的。
