fedora CORE6中怎么安装FLASH插件啊？

谢谢各位了，
用GOOGLE搜的方法都用不了，而且是过时的信息。不知道有什么方法可以解决。
望各位高手帮忙

所的方法都 使尽了，SELINUX也禁用了。就是不管用。没一点效果。
难道 真是64位的原因？？？？

一共是三步，能帮助你装上FLASH插件：
1.在火狐浏览器地址输入：about:plugins
2.在最上面找到Find more information about browser plug-ins at mozilla.org打开mozilla.org
3.选择：Adobe Flash Player进行安装。
注意：about后面是冒号，不是上面一个符号（对不起，我也不知道它怎么会上去的，怎么也去不掉），然后是plugins。

随便打开个需要flash插件的网站。。它会自动提示安装却失插件。根据提示安装就好了。。

提示已经安装成功了，可就是不起作用！！！！
