［请问］安装Qterm时候出现的问题

今天我想安装Qterm，结果运行./configure之后出现如下错误，想问问各位  怎么解决这个问题？
[root@localhost qterm-0.4.0pre2]# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/qterm
