solved!THX!!!
Because zenwalk does not contain rc.sysvinit script.
So must copy rc.sysvinit from Slackware system.
I found another method to do it.
For Zenwalk 4.6.1 under Windows (Host) + VMware tools (VMware workstation 6.0 or VMware workstation 5.5 + linux.iso (extract (unzip) from dist VMware workstation 6.0))
Install linux-PAM (download http://www.linuxpackages.net/sea ... me=PAM&ver=11.0)
mkdir /etc/pam.d
mkdir /etc/rc.d/rc{0,1,2,3,4,5,6}.d
mkdir /etc/rc.d/network
mkdir /etc/rc.d/networking
Extract vmtools and start install script
Like you may install VMware workstation 6.0
I use VMware workstation 6.0, Zenwalk 5.0.
I just follow those instruction except that I use linux-PAM for Slackware 12.0, because I like newer packages in linux world.;-)
PS:I found Zenwalk also run fast in VMware.
My Computer:
Intel Cuo 2 T7250 (turn on virtualization)
2GB RAM
120GB Harddisk |
