Problem on Fcitx ..Slackware 9

i already set qtconfig to "over the spot"
i installed simsun and it works perfectly.
my fcitx can call up too. appear nicely on my KDE 3.1

now my problem is.
when i press CTRL+SPACE. nothing come out.
when i press ALT + 1 , the input type cannot be change too
any idea ?

在/etc/profile.d/lang.sh里面改

okay, i get my fcitx works
what i did in /etc/profile.d/lang.sh
export LANG=zh_CN.gbk
export LC_ALL=zh_CN.gbk

all my locale become zh_CN.gbk
what if i only want to set my LC_CTYPE to zh_CN.gbk
others remain the same ?

in another word. i wanna use english, but chinese input.
