T42 Debian:ipw2200 still does not work!

Hi,ererybody
    This days I install debian system on my T42 with Intel 2200BG wireless netcard.After I install ipw2200 and ipw2200-fw it still does not work.
    I reboot my system,using lsmod i can see the ipw2200,ieee80211_crypt_wep,ieee80211_crypt_tkip,ieee80211_crypt_ccmp.This is the dmesg information:

    Maybe u will say that the ipw2200 version doesn't match the fw version,but i try many times with different fw version it still no work.My ipw2200 version is 1.2.0 and the fw version is 3.0.

    Who can tell me where the error maybe happened?

i have not used intel wireless，but broadcom 4317 has the same trouble----firmware.
download the fireware then it goes working.
