我起动compiz后出现错误，请问如何解决？

我的本本是Thinkpad T400，因为独立的ATI显卡无法起动系统，驱动不知道怎么还装不上，所以就用了集成的，因譔是inter的X3100吧，现在起动时出现错误，请大家帮忙看看是怎么回事
