apache最近出现怪异问题，请大家帮忙查查看

最近出现访问不了服务器，系统没什么负载，httpd进程有几个。
错误日志中出现如下信息：

PS: dmesg 里的 “TCP: Treason uncloaked! ...”那行我也遇到过，应该和这个问题无关
