安装ntop4.0失败噢

下载了源码包，所有的依赖都已经rpm -q找到的

[root@localhost ntop-4.0]# rpm -q libcap
libcap-1.10-26


可是./configure的时候怎么还是提示：
It looks that you don't have the libpcap distribution installed.
Download, compile and, optionally, install it.
When finished please re-run this program.
You can download the latest source tarball at http://www.tcpdump.org/
configure: error:  The LBL Packet Capture Library, libpcap, was not found!
