在PROFTP配置文件里面如何配置某个用户对一个目录的访问

我现在的配置文件是，每当我访问FTP服务器时候就会自动进入该用户的主目录。
请问我该怎么配置才行呀。
下面是我的配置文件：

首先说我没装过这个东西,
但从配置文件看来,问题应在这里

HideNoAccess on
AllowOverWrite off

把on 该成off, off-->on
