求助！linux 安装lb5000论坛问题，高手请进

我下载的是apache 1.3.27 tar.gz 的。。

然后让apache 支持cgi 已可以。

但在装lb5000时。。我查了又查，但还是出现。。注：

听坛里的人说是文件权限没有弄好。。
为此我搞了一个晚上。也没有弄好，这不前几天我放弃了。。。你们弄好在这里说 一下吧。。。呵呵。

不仅仅是安装论坛啦，所有的使用cgi-bin的都会有这样的问题。
