xsim can't input in debian sid and same to fcitx

just a "jian" button on desktop, can drop here and there ,
but nothing when "Ctlr+Space".
I have change my ~/.xsim/xsimrc
XIM_LOCALE "zh_CN"
and I try
XIM_LOCALE "zh_CN.GB2312"

but I can't call out the xsim when ctl+space still.
the same to fcitx
