GNOME2.4下怎么更换主题

我下载了一个GNOME主题,应该怎么更换?哪位朋友知道,请告诉一下,有些我已经安装了,可是在选项里找不到!

uncompress them into  ~/.themes, then go to gnome menu and find theme, then run it. You can see your theme here and apply.
