我的 fetchmail 不能收信了

不知道是什么原因，收邮件就停住了。如下：

我的 fetchmail 配置文件如下：

这个是我收新闻的邮箱，现在怎么不能用 fetchmail 收邮件了？(用mutt的POP模块收邮件可以使用)。着急，请大家快点帮帮我，谢谢。

最后终于出现了一句话：

[PHP]fetchmail: SMTP connect to localhost failed [/PHP]

也不知道是什么原因。
