I am in arch now.
In fact, I use to install the rpm packages of Mandrake from this server, and that was about 300k/s. But in arch, it was only 10k/s. I don't know why.

Here in Shenzhen city it is about 200k/s over TV cable modem. Sometimes more than that figure.
