想在XFCE4下显示GNOME中的状态图标，如下图所示的天气预报、笔记本电池等等，应该怎么设置啊？ :help

另外哪位大侠知道怎样修改配置文件使得XFCE能像GNOME那样在注销按钮中显示关机和重启操作？
