fvwm窗口标题栏按钮设置的问题

有些窗口不支持缩放和最小/大化，怎么写才能让fvwm只显示窗口支持的按钮？
就像图中metacity只显示了一个关闭的按钮，而fvwm则显示的全部的按钮

我记得我用lumaqq就不显示所有的按钮
好像也没有什么特殊设置啊

顺便问一下，类似 Karamba 和 gdesklet 提供的 dock 在 fvwm 里用什么模块啊？
