请问proftpd连接的时候很慢是为什么？

现在的情况是连接的时候很慢，但是传送文件的时候速度正常！不知道为什么？

其实我自己找过的，百度，google搜过，本站内也输入关键词：“关闭DNS反向解析”搜索过，可是就是没有找到解决方法！也许搜索的关键词不恰当！
