First of all, Wine Is Not an Emulator (WINE), is not emulating windows apps!  Wine replaces the windows API with the X-window API so as to run your windows apps under Unix/Linux.

有的.  In the old days, Sun Microsystems developed a program called Wabi which intend to run windows 3.1 (16-bit) apps under Unix.  However, Sun already stopped selling or support Wabi for many years.  In other words, no use at all in today's computing world.

You may learn about Cedega and Crossover Office.  However, these are merely commercial variants of Wine.
