HELP! How to remove the grub in the MBR?

I installed the SuSe 9.3 on an IBM R40e. There is a Windows XP already. When the installation is finished, and the computer reboot, it fails to restart. And then I quit and delete the linux partition. However, I don't know how to remove the grub in the MBR.

boot from windows 98 or me install cd ,and run fdisk /mbr command.
