make sure that looback is compiled in your kernel or a module:

Device Drivers  --->
  Block devices  --->
  <M> Loopback device support

这种方法编译成为模块，如果启动时候系统没有加载，也会出现这样错误信息，
这时候还需要手工载入模块：
modprope loop

非常感谢！问题解觉得！请问U盘如何驱动呢？
我使用mount -t auto  /dev/sda1 /mnt/usb
提示mount: special device /dev/sda1 does not exist
不知道编译内核时哪里出了问题？？？？

mount前用fdisk -l看看有没有u盘的设备，比如sda1..什么的出现，如果只有自己硬盘的几个分区，那么mount肯定是要失败的，u盘作为磁盘设备还没有被识别出来。

如果mount u盘失败，建议拔下再插上然后查看/var/log/messages文件，看看有没有正确的识别信息。u盘问题基本都不是mount这个阶段的问题，往往是内核没有编译进需要的模块之类的原因造成的。

把SCSI硬盘支持加上。
