firefox中userContent.css的设置问题

像网页 http://www.zaobao.com/gj/gj060930_502.html ，在userContent.css中设置如下：

@-moz-document domain(zaobao.com) {
  p,h4 {
  font-size: 13pt !important;
  line-height: 25px !important;
}

但显示出来的效果如图，第一段的字体总是比其它段落的小，应如何设置？
