what card r u using now?   mine is X700.   
X700 can be identified automatically by Xorg in FC6, so u don't have to install ATI driver.

今天又有装驱动,不过仍然以失败告终

我的卡是X550 系统fc6
由于fc6自带的Xorg7.1.1集成了aiglx,所以不需要另外装,不过驱动对这个Xorg是不认得的,官网上最高只支持到了Xorg7.0.x,也就是指x700,而不是四楼以为的X700显卡
(Xorg7.0.x --> x700)
所以我按照提示:
X_VERSION=x700 ./ati-driver-installer-8.33.6-x86.x86_64.run
结果是装了和没装没两样,打开ati center,显示版本为x700

所以今天我又特意把系统装回fc5(偶是菜鸟,反正fc6那系统已经搞得不成样子了*_*),虽然装驱动成功,不过glxgears测试分数仍然只有450
至此折腾完毕,过年回校继续再搞

你装回FC5了怎么驱动还装不好呀？生成FC5的包装一下再重启一下不就OK了吗？

我是FC2系统哦  笔记本ATI Mobility X300显卡 我用了FC3的驱动装的 装好了也很正常的 glxgears可以达到2800多
