KDE下如何设置ADSL呀？

我在帖子里看到如何设置，但是我这儿没法设置么
[root@localhost Desktop]# adsl-setup
bash: adsl-setup: command not found
请问这怎么办？我用的是KDE，操作系统是FC6
请大家多帮忙！

这个命令是#/usr/sbin/adsl-setup

步骤可参考：
