FC 7 启动 奇怪 问题

本人下载了FC7 DVD的镜像。安装过程一切OK。
但在启动进入linux时，选择 2.6-20时进不了，提示：你选择的项无法加入内存。
                     选择 2.6-21时，可以正常时入并可以使用。

用虚拟机装进，二者都正常。是什么原因。请大家知道的告诉一下。

我的电脑：

  CPU：P42.4A
   MEMORY：1G KIINGSTON DDR 400
   MAIBOARD：865E

这是从网上下载的镜像就用这个内核，我也没有选择的余地。编译内核我现在还不会。！
