xhost的问题

我在服务器上执行了xhost+,机器正常.我的服务器是linux as5,图形界面能正常登陆.

然后在客户端windows机器上用 xmanage连接时出现错误,提示是:

查/usr/X11R6/bin/xterm不存在!
请问应怎样解决?
