RHEL5 Update 1使用rpm安装bind，长时间无反应

准备在RHEL5 Update 1安装bind的dns server

# rpm -ivh bind-9.3.3-10.el5.i386.rpm
warning: bind-9.3.3-10.el5.i386.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 37017186

然后就没有反应了，等好长时间

使用Ctrl+C，也无法中断, 只能关闭 putty，然后重新进入，kill原有的rpm进程

重新 # rpm -ivh bind-9.3.3-10.el5.i386.rpm, 结果一样

为什么会有这种现象，如何进行排错？
/var/log/messages 没有相关的错误信息

在导入key之后，对包进行了检测，文件没有问题
