Linux:能否将空闲的空间分给需要的目录

一台服务器，共有4块硬盘，每块160G。我安装CentOS(安装时好像没有使用LVM)的时候，是
这样分区的：
以下是用fdisk得到的结果：

由于我分区没有注意到实际应用情况，导致现在/home空间不够，而实际硬盘
还有巨大的闲散空间。因此，我想把磁盘空间重新调整一下，不知道该怎么办？
希望大家能给个建议。比如，采用什么方案，用什么工具，需要注意什么？会不
会丢失数据？。。。
