笔记本 Lucent win modem如何安装？

我一直在学校用linux写作业上网，最近在自己的ibm笔记本装了
mandrake8.2.the modem is Lucent win modem,(internal).我按照kppp的帮助文件设置上网。但是在modem那步，老是说找不到modem.我去一些网站下载了驱动 ltmodem-kv_2.4.18_6mdk-8.22a5-1.i686；安装老是报错。我真的不知道该怎么弄了。希望高手指点一下。:cool:

现在没法看到错误信息了。我再rpm ,告诉我这个文件已经安装过了。我又去http://www.heby.de/ltmodem，下了ltmodem-8.22a5.tar.gz，安装后告诉我找不到Kernel-headers，但是这些*.h 文件都在/usr/include/linux里.我现在很晕，看的都是英文的资料。谁有这方面的经验，请指教一下，正确的安装方法和到底应该下什么驱动。我的kernal is 2.4.18-6mdk.i686的.modem is lucent win modem.z 内置的。真的很想把这个问题搞明白，能在linux下上网。

我看了所有的.h文件都在/usr/include/linux里呀，在config时error info如下：

我不明白这句化：try --with-kernel=dir
应该怎么用。请再指教

我把目录/usr/include/linux 整个copy到/usr/src/linux，也不行，错误依旧

问题还没有解决，我的mandrake可能也要重装，但最近没时间了，所以过一段时间再弄，有什么问题再向你请教

建议你把所有的包全都给装上,这样会增加不少成功的机会.也有利我们的学习.
我看Mandrake 有个包叫"kernel-headers?????.rpm "你先把这个包装上看看?
