以下部分无反应了,在RH9下

没有装 scim-tables-zh 这个包？这个提示已经说明 SCIM 正确启动了。你可以用 scim -d 让 SCIM 进入后台执行。

我原来的版本是0.91 ，昨天到你的站点上下载了0.92 ，
scim-0.9.2-1.i586.rpm
scim-chinese-0.2.7-1.i586.rpm

安装之后怎么也调不出来智能拼音 scim -l 显示没有 pinyin模块

随后安装了scim-tables-zh-0.3.3-1.noarch.rpm，
scim -l
的输出中还是看不到pinyin的模块

随后删除所有的rpm,下载源代码编译也是徒劳

是不是scim-chinese和scim之间还有些问题?还是pinyin模块和scim之间有何配置文件在特别的时候可以手工设定?

最后用了一点小技巧，总算是升级完成了

BTW: 提个建议，你的站点上文档不是很丰富哦
完全可以把论坛上一些用户遇到的问题做个FAQ之类的

今天才在别的网站上看到，原来是要更改i18n文件，在这个网站上早点贴出来就好了。嗨！两天没睡啊！
还有，老大能否在面板菜单中加一个关闭功能，每次要注销后才能使功能变更，有点麻烦啊。

james_su, thank you for contributing such a wonderful tool to the linux community, SCIM is simply the best!

I managed to install 0.8.2 on my slackware 9 two months ago, it still runs great, but had no luck when tried to install 0.9.2 on my debian box, it seems that one shared library called libXrandr.so is missing, i couldn't find it in debian's apt package repository, do you have any ideas what it is and how i can get it?  or should i go back to 0.8.2 as i didn't get this error before...  thanks in advance! just can't wait to type chinese on my debian...
