1.我按照楼主说的在LINUX下装*run，但在SH NVIDIA——RUN时出现了以下提示:
-bash:./NVIDIA-----RUN:cannot execute binary file

2.我又使用了另一种做法:make哪两个包，都成功了，在startx出现了nvidia
的画面我好高兴,但出现了以下的提示：Could not start kdeinit Check your installation，进不了。我重启出现了nvidia的画面，接着我输入了root和密码，在进入KDE时却又出现了这样的提示：
Could not start kdeinit Check your installation
就进不了KDE了，我郁闷呀，请楼主帮我参谋参谋！！！！！

装好后就可以用显卡驱动了吗？
对了，我在kde下装过mplayer，需不需将其先卸掉！

其实RPM和自己编译装，道理都是一样的。

安装完后，要改配制文件，请看第一和二帖。。。

还有一个方法，就是再建一个用户，把你原来的删掉，就可以拉！

用rh7.3自带的内核启动,安装N卡驱动,再进入自编内核安装N驱动

我现在配完，敲X的结果就是黑屏上出现的一个空心的X，就像刚开始装RH8出现的那个X一样。一直这样，没有变化，我又按Ctrl+Alt+BackSpace，显示器会提示说超过刷新率范围，74k/166Hz。显卡是GF4 MX420，显示器是飞利浦的107T。
请问这是怎么回事？！
