我在slackware 9.0 和 9.1 中都出现这个问题。

我的也出现跟windrose一样的问题：

这一招看看灵不灵：

编辑OICQ.pm 找到sub connect子程序，在第416行后加这一行：
    binmode($socket);

重新make install,如果再解决不了，我也没辙了。

试过了，不灵 错误信息照旧。

GUI  可以用TK试试,快速开发应该用不了多少代码的.
只是建议,现在仍在学习中
