我直接 ntpdate s1a.time.edu.cn

可以修改/etc/conf.d/ntp-client，从Public NTP Secondary (stratum 2) Time Servers选个离你近的，比如选了ntp.cuhk.edu.hk的话，可以改成这样：
# Options to pass to the above command
# Most people should just uncomment this variable and
# change 'someserver' to a valid hostname which you
# can aquire from the URL's below
#NTPCLIENT_OPTS="-Q -b someserver"
NTPCLIENT_OPTS="-Q -b ntp.cuhk.edu.hk"
然后：
# rc-update add ntp-client default
开机就会自动调整系统时钟了。

Now I prefer putting "ntpdate -Q -b ntp.cuhk.edu.hk" in /etc/conf.d/local.start to executing ntp-client in the default runlevel, for it is less likely to get stuck in the boot process if your network experiences difficulties or the remote time server is somehow unreachable.

我的方案：
emerge ntp
vi /etc/conf.d/ntp-client，主要是确认这两项：
NTPCLIENT_CMD="ntpdate"                                                                                
NTPCLIENT_OPTS="-b dewey.lib.ci.phoenix.az.us clock.fmt.he.net ntp0.cornell.edu sundial.columbia.edu"
这后面这个列表是我在这边用的，在国内可能不一样，具体可以到这个配置文件
后面给出的网站上去查，找个在国内的可能会更好些。
我不记得我改过ntpd配置了没有，总之我的ntpdf只有这一项
cat /etc/conf.d/ntpd
NTPD_OPTS="-u ntp:ntp"
                                                                                
vi /etc/rc.conf
CLOCK="local"


然后用rc-update add ntp default，使ntp每次进入linux就启动。

难道机器不连互联网，系统时间就不能调整准确了吗？

联网调时间治标不治本啊！Windows不联网时间也不会快啊

顶一下。偶也想知有无法不上网把时间设置好。。

这不会是gentoo的bug吧？

不联网才治标不治本呢，你的机器时间再准确，毕竟是PC，有人家专用的时间服务器准么？搞不好哪一台就是原子钟啊，大家一起同步，依概率混合各节点各时间段延迟，没有比这更科学的计时方法了。

但是也不能快的太过分啦，每次开机gentoo都把bios时间调的比当前时间要快好几个小时，搞得同一台机器上的windows的时间都被改了，害的我每次都要改回来。
