Debian 下安装 mplayer，很方便，覆盖了大部分的插件，比自己编译的要强的多。

我也遇到同样的问题。。。

后来随便找了个ttf文件指过去就可以了，可能是以后要用于做字幕来显示的字体吧，呵呵，不太懂，瞎猜的。。。

唉,刚刚装好，问题就来了，怎么提示错误说是you system too slow,我的配置在下面，我装的是stable的，系统也是。没有装显卡的驱动，系统自带的。
bf2.4.18内核，声卡是创新的，也是内核自带的驱动。装这个要不要装显卡的3d驱动的？！

我用debian/rules binary 生成了deb包,安装后播放DVD没有字幕.具体表现是右键菜单中DVD选项可以选择字幕,但无论选什么都没有字幕
