Evince，不知道算不算。不过至少它可以看 TIF 什么的，FC4 也归为 Graphics 这一类。

主要是用来看 PDF、Postscript、DVI 格式的，支持 DjVu、PPT、多页 TIFF、Images。以后应该会添加更多格式。

这个是广义的，不能算。

display——包含在ImageMagick，不依赖任何桌面环境。虽然看上去简陋，但功能不弱，光manpage就很长。

大多数发行版自带imagemagick，不用自己麻烦装了。

有个叫做fbi的利用framebuffer看图的小工具，呵呵

GSling

F-Spot，gtk#的.net工具，分类、管理和浏览图片的利器。它可以搜集你所有的图片，并且你可以随意制定虚类别，在无须移动图片的前提下对他们进行分类管理，并且可以以时间线索查找。另外还支持从相机导入和图片发布(到vfs/cdr/flickr等)。
