这个问题我也遇到了。

解决方法：
你的matlab iso1中应该有个 update目录吧，里面有个 libXX.so文件，具体忘了叫什么了。

你把那个文件 复制到 /usr/lib下，改成刚才警告的那个名字再安装就可以了。

已经提示的很明确了。
比如安装到/usr/local/matlab7
就到该目录下，运行安装命令
