thinkpad SL400 上fedora 8硬盘安装后不能上网，有关我的系统信息如下。。。。。

小路由器设置成静态IP的话，网关和DNS都要设置成路由器的IP。真正的DNS再由路由器解析。

我试过 把网关和DNS设成路由的网关，不行。
显示网卡激活了
tcp/ip 协议也没问题
ping 局域网里其他主机和网关都不通

irqbalance  是什么 ？关机时显示irqbalance  failure
是不是网卡的中断冲突?

不知道你安装时有没有设置防火墙，不妨看看防火墙的配置，
另外把DNS空着，
还有看看selinux有没有什么提示
irqbalance好像跟网络没关系，是另外的东西，我的以前也是failed，后来关掉了

昨晚更新了一下windows下的网卡驱动程序，今天进linux用DHCP尽然能上网了。
哈哈！
太高兴了！！！！！
